Get to Know Attorney Rhett

Rhett has been a practicing attorney in the Upstate of South Carolina for almost 25 years. Rhett focuses his practice on child custody, divorce, alimony, adoption, and personal injury cases. However, he has handled many types of cases in his legal career, ranging from successfully defending clients in murder cases to advising hospitals and homeowner’s associations in their legal needs. Rhett is also sought out by other attorney’s to mediate their family court and civil court cases.

Rhett has also won numerous arguments before the state Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Rhett is recognized as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 4000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
